Year 2 students, Pia and Cedar learn about the life of mealworms.
The life cycle of a mealworm has come under the microscope in MRIS’s Year 2 class.
Teacher, Kate Appleton said students learnt about the insect’s life cycle from worm to beetle and kept their findings in a Mealworm Diary. They will further their studies by looking at other animal life cycles and engage in fieldwork in the upcoming Bush School.
