This beautiful leadlight window was installed in the Old Church Building today to celebrate MRIS’s 40th Year Anniversary.
It was designed by local artist Jhon Harrison, and created and installed by George of Margaret River Glass.
The window features two trees which appear to be holding hands to represent the 40th year logo – ‘Joining hands through time’.
The trees have stylised leaves (green ovals) that echo the windows in the church portico designed and made by local glass artist Peter Moorfoot, who is also an MRIS alumni.
