MRIS jumped into a skipping bonanza when they took part in Jump Rope for Heart on Wednesday.
Yr 3/4 students showed off their new skipping skills during a demonstration before teaching skipping tricks to the other students.
Yr 3/4 teacher, Lindsay Burke said the students have been practicing their skipping for a number of weeks while raising sponsorship money for the Heart Foundation.
MRIS students take part in this important fundraising event each year while ensuring they also keep fit and healthy.
