The colourful diversity of costumes was a highlight of Harmony Day held at MRIS on Tuesday. Students were invited to come dressed in a “Culture of your Choice” and pay a gold coin donation for the privilege of celebrating “the beauty and diversity of our world”.
Over $90 was raised and will go to MRIS Sponsor Child, Hassan Islam from Jerusalem. Many cultures were represented including China, New Zealand, Germany, India, Hawaii and France.
