Following the production process from cocoa bean to chocolate bar has been a very popular topic of study taken on by Year 2. Students learnt all about making chocolate and had the opportunity to taste a few goodies too when they visited Gabriel’s and the Margaret River Chocolate Factory on Tuesday. Teacher Kate Appleton said the excursion was part of  the class’s science investigation  module “Watching Things Grow.”

“We have also been reading “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in literacy and we are looking For the love of chocolate! 1forward to making our own chocolate.”
