Peer Support kicked off this week with students from Yr 1 to 6 attending workshops. Principal, Wendy Roediger said peer support is a
leadership program which MRIS has run over the past 6 years always focusing on a different emotional intelligence focus. “This year we are promoting ‘harmony’.
Students participate in
activities which develop values clarification; relationship building, assertiveness and decision making.”
Students created stars
featuring the values they treasure.
