tanahA COLLABORATION of colour ruled the playgrounds at Margaret River Independent School when the students recently dressed for the annual Loud Shirt Day to raise money for Telethon Speech and Hearing.

Bright hues replaced normal school wear in a show of support for the hearing impaired.

Students’ gold coin donations raised $58.20 for deaf children.

In her final year at the school, Tanah Howden-Woodland, who has a slight hearing impairment, said it was great to see fellow students support such a worthy cause.
