MRIS students welcomed their
parents into their classrooms recently as part of the school’s philosophy of “Sharing the Learning Journey”.
Parents welcomed the chance to view work, projects and in-class performances.
MRIS Principal,Wendy Roediger said the idea of ‘Open Classrooms’ was to promote the link from school to home a
fundamental aspect of MRIS. “Students really enjoyed spending time with their
parents and working together on school projects,” she said.
