MRIS Year 6 students are preparing for secondary school.
The five students will spend next semester getting ready for this important transition phase.
Year 5/6 teacher, Matt Outred said it is not about
increased pressure on the students but developing strategies for overcoming social and academic challenges, building resilience and switching on critical thinking.
Specially designed Leavers Jumpers are currently being worn by the Year 5/6 class, and a school magazine is in the
planning stages.
